SAN DIEGO March
22, 2007
Yamagata America Inc. has added new digital
printing facilities in Oregon and Australia.
The new facilities let companies using the
XLdoc marketing Web portal quickly and easily
produce brochures for customers in the northwest
United States, Australia and New Zealand.
XLdoc lets marketing and sales personnel log
in from anywhere in the world. They can quickly
create and customize marketing materials with
everything from languages and regional images
to dealer contact information. They successfully
target and communicate with customers, while
maintaining all-important corporate branding.
In the exact quantities needed, materials
are printed locally in Japan, Southeast Asia,
Europe, China, the United States and now Australia.
“XLdoc is a dynamic marketing tool that
makes it easy to create, update and localize
marketing materials,” said Shiro Fujimoto,
Yamagata America president. “The new
print facilities let our clients print these
materials locally in more places, saving them
time and money.”
Australia and New Zealand are key global markets.
The Australian print facility offers companies
complete marketing coverage in this important
region. In addition to dramatically reducing
turnaround times, it reduces expenses related
to obsolescence, warehousing and shipping.
Both new facilities are equipped with HP Indigo
digital presses. They offer consistent, high
quality color printing and fast turnaround
times for the global XLdoc on-demand publishing
system.
