SAN DIEGO October 19, 2006 Shiro Fujimoto, president of YAMAGATA America Inc., has agreed to give the closing keynote speech at the DICE (Digital Imaging Customer Exchange) Annual Conference on November 18 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Fujimoto’s presentation will focus on how digital printers can enhance their business by supporting global marketing efforts.

“Thanks to new technologies like YAMAGATA America’s XLdoc marketing portal, digital printers around the world will be in high demand,” said Fujimoto. “The Web marketing portal lets international companies create, update, translate and print marketing materials when and where they are needed. This is an exciting time for the entire printing industry.”

Fujimoto was named president of YAMAGATA America in April 2004. With Fujimoto at the helm, YAMAGATA remains focused on delivering complete product documentation services around the world. Previously, Fujimoto served as president of Mutoh America and worked at Mutoh for 22 years. Fujimoto's experience with this design, engineering and graphic art equipment manufacturing company gives him special insight into the needs of YAMAGATA customers. Fujimoto graduated in 1982 from Regis University in Denver with degrees in business administration and computer science.
