SAN DIEGO June 17,
2005
Established just 15 years
ago, International Technoprint (ITI) possesses
a rich printing tradition that precedes
the offset press by decades. This tradition
began with ITI’s parent company, the
Yamagata Group, which is now celebrating
its 100th birthday.
Over the last century, the printing industry
has experienced major technology breakthroughs,
and the Yamagata Group has kept pace at
every step. Its first printer was a letterpress,
which is one of the earliest methods of
printing text on paper. The Yamagata Group
adopted offset printing in 1978 and now
operates numerous digital print facilities
around the world.
The Yamagata Group offers a wide range of
services, including printing, translation,
3D animation, technical writing, desktop
publishing, Web-based content development
and technical support. These services enable
ITI to provide U.S. companies with a single
point of contact for developing manuals,
user guides, brochures and Web sites.
“Thanks to the Yamagata Group’s
vast printing experience, International
Technoprint is helping U.S. companies effectively
market to their customers all over the world,”
said Shiro Fujimoto, president of ITI. “We
handle every detail, from translation to
printing to delivery.”
