Shiro Ikeda joined Yamagata America in 2002 as an assistant sales manager and quickly promoted to global solutions manager. Ikeda works to provide Yamagata customers with a single point all contact for all localization needs, from translating and producing materials to printing and delivering them. He graduated in 1995 from Waseda University in Tokyo with a degree in commerce. In 2002, Ikeda graduated from Willamette University in Salem, OR with a master's degree in business administration.
