Shiro Fujimoto was named president of Yamagata America in April 2004. With Fujimoto at the helm, Yamagata remains focused on delivering complete localization services to U.S. businesses. Previously, Fujimoto served as president of Mutoh America and worked at Mutoh for 22 years. Fujimoto's experience with this design, engineering and graphic art equipment at a manufacturing company gives him special insight into the needs of Yamagata customers. Fujimoto graduated in 1982 from Regis University in Denver with degrees in business administration and computer science. |

Shiro Ikeda joined Yamagata America in 2002 as an assistant sales manager and quickly promoted to global solutions manager. Ikeda works to provide Yamagata customers with a single point all contact for all localization needs, from translating and producing materials to printing and delivering them. He graduated in 1995 from Waseda University in Tokyo with a degree in commerce. In 2002, Ikeda graduated from Willamette University in Salem, OR with a master's degree in business administration. |

Dice Sakurai manages Yamagata America’s domestic print operations, including customer service, production, logistics and quality. He has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience helping companies reach customers both locally and abroad. He is fluent in English, Japanese and Spanish. Previously, Sakurai served as the manager of Uniglobe Kisco, where he established a new San Diego branch to help high-tech industries integrate new coating materials, films and technologies. He graduated in 1995 from CSU Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in international business. |

Michiko Altman oversees all of Yamagata America’s accounting and financial operations. Previously, she served as the financial analyst for worldwide electronic components companies, where she developed and implemented numerous budgeting and financial projects. Altman graduated in 1992 from the University of Ryukyus, Japan with a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature. She received a professional accounting certificate in 1996 from the University of California San Diego and passed the CPA exam in 1998. Altman later earned a MBA in Financial Management from National University and received a membership in Sigma Beta Delta, an international honor society for business management and administration. |
